Yoga, as taught at TMA University, is not a religion nor in any way defiant to religion. Yoga is the most ancient exercise still known in existence that seeks to enhance, strengthen, and relax the body and mind upon command. These exercises produce a type of self-control over the functions in our lives that greatly affect the areas which dictate how we feel and how we react to outside factors. The result is a type of continual cleansing process hopefully helping us to live longer, healthier, happier lives.
