Women’s Kickboxing

Developed by one of TMAU’s Master Instructors, Shihan Henry Jones, this will be unlike anything you have experienced.  This will not be your Mothers or Grandmothers class.

You will cool down with dynamic stretches and yoga exercises that will help rejuvenate and recover those muscles from an hour pack of fun.
